1. When Will IndoMarketHub Collect Personal Information?

We will/may collect Personal Information about you:

• when you register and/or use our Services or open an account with us.
• when you submit any form, including, but not limited to, application forms or other forms relating to any of our Services, whether online or by way of a physical form;

The above does not purport to be exhaustive and sets out some common instances of when Personal Information about you may be collected.

When you visit, use or interact with our Mobile Application or our Site, we may collect certain information by automated or passive means using a variety of technologies, which technologies may be downloaded to your device and may set or modify settings on your device. The information we collect may include, without limitation, your Internet Protocol (IP) address, computer/mobile device operating system and browser type, type of mobile device, the characteristics of the mobile device, the unique device identifier (UDID) or mobile equipment identifier (MEID) for your mobile device, the address of a referring web site (if any), and the pages you visit on our Site and Mobile Applications and the times of visit. We may collect, use disclose and/or process this information only for the Purposes (defined below).

Our Mobile Applications may collect precise information about the location of your mobile device using technologies such as GPS, Wi-Fi, etc. We collect, use, disclose and/or process this information for one or more Purposes including, without limitation, location-based services that you request or to deliver relevant content to you based on your location or to allow you to share your location to other Users as part of the services under our Mobile Applications. For most mobile devices, you are able to withdraw your permission for us to acquire this information on your location through your device settings. If you have questions about how to disable your mobile device's location services, please contact your mobile device service provider or the device manufacturer. Please notice that we also may temporarily use the third party services, e.g. Google Inc. which is subjected to its privacy policy, to collect your personal information in pre-registration stage.

• Contact data , including your first and last name, email and mailing addresses, and phone number.
• Profile data , including your username and password that you may set to establish an online account with us, your photograph, interests,

• Identity Data , including Business Registration Number, National ID and / or Driver’s License Number, and Date of Birth.
• Your content , including text, images, audio, and video, along with the metadata associated with the files you upload.
• Transaction data , including order history, information about payments to and from you and other details of products or services you have purchased through the Services.
• Communications, such as your questions, feedback, or correspondence that you send us.
• Financial data , including bank account numbers, details regarding payments you make through the Services, and your billing address .
• Marketing data , including your preferences for receiving communications from us, and details about how you engage with our communications.
• Other information that we may collect which is not specifically listed here, but which we will use in accordance with this Privacy Policy or as otherwise disclosed at the time of collection.

Please note that the information you provide on our Mobile Application, or our Site may be necessary for contractual purposes and for us to comply with our legal obligations. Without such information, we may not be able to process your order or to answer your queries.

3. How Does IndoMarketHub Use the Information You Provide to Us?

We may use your personal information for a variety of business purposes, including:

• Purchase and delivery of products and services. We use your personal information to take and handle orders, deliver products and services, process payments, and communicate with you about orders, products and services, and promotional offers.

4. What is the Age Threshold?

IndoMarketHub does not sell products and services intended for purchase by children. Youth-oriented products are sold for purchase by adults only. If you are under the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use Mobile Application or the Site in the presence of a consenting parent or guardian. IndoMarketHub is committed to protecting the welfare and privacy of children.

5. What are the Cookies?

When you use our Services, we and selected third parties may use cookies and similar technologies to provide you with a better, faster and safer user experience or to show you personalized advertising. Cookies are small text files that are automatically created by your browser and stored on your device when you use the Services. We use cookies, pixels, and other technologies (collectively, " cookies") to recognize your browser or device, learn more about your interests, and provide you with essential features and services and for additional purposes, including:

• Recognizing you when you sign-in to use our Services. This allows us to provide you with product recommendations, display personalized content, recognize you as a Prime member, enable you to use 1-Click purchasing, and provide other customized features and services.
• Keeping track of your specified preferences. This allows us to honor your preferences, such as whether or not you would like to see interest-based ads. You may set your preferences through Your Account.
• Keeping track of items stored in your shopping basket.
• Conducting research and diagnostics to improve IndoMarketHub's content, products, and services.

• Delivering content, including ads, relevant to your interests on IndoMarketHub sites and third-party sites.
• Reporting. This allows us to measure and analyze the performance of our Services.

IndoMarketHub's cookies allow you to take advantage of some of IndoMarketHub's essential features. For instance, if you block or otherwise reject our cookies, you will not be able to add items to your Shopping Cart, proceed to Checkout, or use any IndoMarketHub products and services that require you to sign in.

IndoMarketHub has taken precautions to prevent the fraudulent use of your information on our Mobile Application and our Site. IndoMarketHub has adopted industry standard authentication procedures to ensure your protection while shopping with us online. This includes, but is not limited to, contacting financial institutions or credit reporting agencies to ensure the authenticity of your credit card and to validate your credit card billing information.

We may disclose your Personal Information to the following categories of recipients:

• Our third party vendors, services providers and partners who provide data processing services to us, or who otherwise process Personal Information for purposes that are described in this Policy or notified to you when we collect your Personal Information. • A potential buyer (and its agents and advisers) in connection with any proposed purchase, merger or acquisition of any part of our business, provided that we inform the buyer it must use your Personal Information only for the purposes disclosed in this Notice.

8. How about Legal Disclosure?

IndoMarketHub and other service providers or affiliates may disclose your information as permitted or required by applicable law. For example, we may be compelled to release information by a court of law or other person or entity with jurisdiction to compel production of such information. If we have reasonable grounds to believe information could be useful in the investigation of unlawful activity, we may disclose information to law enforcement agencies or other appropriate investigative bodies. We may also disclose personal information to other organizations in the case of investigating a breach of an agreement or contravention of law or detecting, suppressing or preventing fraud.

9. How Does IndoMarketHub Protect Your Personal Information?

The security of your personal information is a high priority for IndoMarketHub. We maintain appropriate physical, technical and administrative safeguards and industry-standard security standards in an effort to protect your personal information in our custody and control, whether recorded on paper or captured electronically, against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. For example, electronic records are stored in secure, limited-access servers; we employ technological tools like firewalls and passwords; and we ensure our employees are trained on the importance of maintaining the security and confidentiality of personal information.

10. How Does IndoMarketHub Retain Your Personal Information?

We will retain Personal Information in accordance with the Privacy Laws and/or other applicable laws. That is, we will destroy or anonymize your Personal Information when we have reasonably determined that (i) the purpose for which that Personal Information was collected is no longer being served by the retention of such Personal Information; (ii) retention is no longer necessary for any legal or business purposes; and (iii) no other legitimate interests warrant further retention of such Personal Information. If you cease using the Platform, or your permission to use the Platform and/or the Services is terminated or withdrawn , we may continue storing, using and/or disclosing your Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and our obligations under the Privacy Laws. Subject to applicable law, we may securely dispose of your Personal Information without prior notice to you.

11. How you can verify your information?

You may check your information to verify, update, or correct it. If you created an account on our Mobile Application or our Site, you can access and change your online account profile yourself. You can also ask to access or review any of the information in our records, how we have used it, and to whom we have disclosed it at any time by contacting us as indicated below under the heading "Contacting IndoMarketHub". Subject to certain exceptions prescribed by law, and provided we can authenticate your identity, you will be given reasonable access to your personal information and will be entitled to challenge the accuracy and completeness of the information and to have it amended as appropriate.

12. What about the Interest-Based Advertising?

We or third parties such as ad networks and other advertising companies may serve advertisements on our Mobile Application, our Site and social networking sites. We or those third parties may use cookies, tracer tags or web beacons to report certain information about your visits to our Site and other websites, such as web pages you visit and your response to ads, in order to measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns, better understand our users and to deliver ads that are more relevant to you, both on and off our Site. IndoMarketHub adheres to the Digital Advertising Alliance of Canada’s (DAAC) Self-Regulatory Principles for Online Behavioural Advertising. Please note that if you choose to opt-out you must opt-out of each web browser on each computer, mobile device and tablet you use. If you opt-out of receiving interest-based ads, you will continue to receive advertising, but it will not be based on online behavioral information about you. We may also use services provided by third-party platforms, including social networking platforms, to serve you tailored ads. We do this by providing a hashed version of your email address or other information to the platform provider.

13. How about the Borderless Transaction?

IndoMarketHub is established in British Columbia, Canada which is subjected to Canadian Law that will operate a global service. By using our Services, you understand that IndoMarketHub may share some of the information or other IndoMarketHub affiliates for purposes described in this privacy policy, including for ID verification, transaction reviews, and payment processing. The United States, European Economic Area (“EEA”) Member States, and other countries all have different laws. When your information is moved from your home country to another country, the laws and rules that protect your personal information in the country to which your information is transferred may be different from those in the country in which you live. For example, the circumstances in which law enforcement can access personal information may vary from country to country.

14. What Are Your Rights & Choices?

This policy provide users with rights related to their personal information. These rights include:

• Right to Access & Portability: You can access certain personal information associated with your account by visiting your account privacy settings. You can request a copy of your personal information in an easily accessible format and information explaining how that information is used. See this Help Centre article for more information.
• Right to Correction: You have the right to request that we rectify inaccurate information about you. By visiting your account settings, you can correct and change certain personal information associated with your account.
• Right to Restrict Processing: In certain cases where we process your information, you may also have the right to restrict or limit the ways in which we use your personal information.
• Right to Deletion: In certain circumstances, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal information, except information we are required to retain by law, regulation, or to protect the safety, security, and integrity of IndoMarketHub. • Right to Object: If we process your information based on our legitimate interests as explained above, or in the public interest, you can object to this processing in certain circumstances. In such cases, we will cease processing your information unless we have compelling legitimate grounds to continue processing or where it is needed for legal reasons. Where we use your personal data for direct marketing purposes, you can object using the unsubscribe link in such communications or changing your account email settings.
• Right to Withdraw Consent: Where we rely on consent, you can choose to withdraw your consent to our processing of your information using specific features provided to enable you to withdraw consent, like an email unsubscribe link or your account privacy preferences. If you have consented to share your precise device location details but would no longer like to continue sharing that information with us, you can revoke your consent to the sharing of that information through the settings on your mobile device. This is without prejudice to your right to generally permanently close your account and delete your personal information.

Rights of EU Users and Data Subjects

Under applicable EU regulation, you have the following rights in respect of your personal information:

• to obtain a copy of your personal information together with information about how and on what basis that personal information is processed;
• to rectify inaccurate personal information.
• to erase your personal information in limited circumstances where (a) you believe that it is no longer necessary for us to hold your personal information; (b) we are processing your personal information on the basis of legitimate interests and you object to such processing, and we cannot demonstrate an overriding legitimate ground for the processing; (c) where you have provided your personal information to us with your consent and you wish to withdraw your consent and there is no other ground under which we can process your personal information; and (d) where you believe the personal information we hold about you is being unlawfully processed by us;
• to restrict processing of your personal information where: (a) the accuracy of the personal information is contested; (b) the processing is unlawful but you object to the erasure of the personal information; (c) we no longer require the personal information for the purposes for which it was collected, but it is required for the establishment, exercise or defense of a legal claim or (d) you have objected to us processing your personal information based on our legitimate interests and we are considering your objection;
• to challenge processing which we have justified on the basis of our legitimate interest.

We will ask you for additional data to confirm your identity and for security purposes, before disclosing data requested to you. We reserve the right to charge a fee where permitted by law. We will decline to process requests that jeopardize the privacy of others, are extremely impractical, or would cause us to take any action that is not permissible under applicable laws. Additionally, as permitted by applicable laws, we will retain where necessary certain personal information for a limited period of time for record-keeping, accounting and fraud prevention purposes.

Your California Privacy Rights

This section describes the rights of California residents that are users of our Services under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”). If you are a California resident, as of January 2020, you have certain rights regarding your personal information. In particular, you have a right to request that we provide you with the following information:

We may verify your request using the information associated with your account, including email address. Government identification may also be required. Users can also designate an authorized agent to exercise these rights on their behalf.

You have a right to request that we delete your personal information under certain circumstances and exceptions. You also have a right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights under the CCPA.

Note that we have provided most of the information described above in this Privacy Policy. Therefore, for details about the personal information we have collected over the last 12 months, including the categories of sources, please see the “When Will IndoMarketHub Collect Personal Information” and “What Personal Information Will IndoMarketHub Collect?” sections. For details about the purposes of collecting this information, please see the “How Does IndoMarketHub Use the Information You Provide to Us?” section above.
